Walnut & Chocolate Babka dipped in cognac infused syrup.
This decadent delicacy is made using an elaborate process that lasts three full days. The dough is proofed at cold temperature for 15 hours before baking. The baked Babka is bathed in a cognac syrup for another 12 hours. Each Babka has 1 Lb of walnut chocolate cream inside.
