Traditional Romanian holiday Cheese Mini Pretzels. Baked to order. 

Flaky made-from-scratch dough topped with Gruyere Cheese. 

Ingredients: All purpose flour (unbleached), salted butter, pork lard (may be replaced with vegetable shortening upon request) buttermilk, yeast, gruyere.
