PLACING YOUR ORDER
All cakes and dough are made fresh to order, no exceptions! We do not have any cakes already made. There is a slight difference between a cake consumed fresh-out-of-the-oven, and a shipped cake. While we always 100% bake and ship the next day, cakes might loose some crunchiness in texture. We are not a nut free facility!
Once we receive your order, we bake it over the weekend and ship it to you on Monday (unless it's a holiday.) All orders shipping on Monday must be placed by Saturday evening at 7PM. We only ship during the cold season, from October - April. During holiday season we ship more often. We accept all orders over $30, mix and match. 
To ensure that you receive your order by the desired date, we accept orders placed 25 days in advance, simply state in the order comments the day you'd like the goods delivered. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping or arrival dates. We recommend that you schedule your order to arrive 1-2 business days before the desired date to allow for unforeseen events. Cakes can be frozen upon arrival to preserve freshness. 
Handling the cakes:

Please keep cakes frozen until ready to enjoy. Once defrosted, cakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours for full texture and flavor. Use all cakes within 72 hours, unless frozen. Unwrap the plastic bag and warm up for 30 seconds in a microwave or let sit out until it reached room temperature, 1-2 hours. Consume the same day or refrigerate. We use fresh, organic ingredients, Enjoy!

 

Shipping

  • Our standard shipping is  via USPS Priority Mail 2 Day, and USPS estimates that all orders shipping via this method will arrive in 1-3 business days after being shipped. Please let us know if you'd prefer a faster method.
  • We ship every Monday. So all orders placed after Saturday evening, will ship the following Monday. 
  • Turn around time for shipping orders is currently 5-7 business days after cleared payment.
  • Orders that are returned to us because of an incorrect address will only be resent at the buyer's request and the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.
  • Orders places from outside New York City should arrive to you within 2-3 business days after it was shipped.
  • Delivery Email Confirmation is included on all orders.
  • If you would like additional services like an upgrade to Express shipping or Overnight shipping on your order you must contact us before purchasing and extra fees will be applied.

Return Policy

It's important that you are absolutely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order please reach out to us within three (3) business days after receiving your package. 

Damaged Items

If you received an item that was damaged through transit, please reach out to us within three (3) business days after you received your item with photos of the damages item and we can arrange to have it replaced.

Lost Items

We will do our best to contact USPS and file an investigation to find your package, but we are not responsible for any lost items through transit.
