We are a small family owned and operated bakery in New York City, specializing in pastries traditional to the Transylvania region of Romania. Everything is baked to order, always fresh, never frozen. We use authentic recipes handed over from our grandmothers and mothers. We use fresh ingredients, brown eggs, butter, whole milk, all purpose unbleached flour, cane sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, lemon peel, vanilla extract, whole walnuts, European lokum/ Rahat, no additives and no powders. No storefront, only catering, events and a food truck on L.I. Our mission is to bring the sweet taste of Transylvania to New York and beyond! Thank you for your support!
